Big bore kits with piston with a 4.2″ bore size that fits stock cases. What you will end up with is a 750cc vs stock 686cc engine just by bolting on this new kit. What really sets this kit apart is the cylinder and sleeve have gone through all the processes involved with torque plates installed to simulate the stresses of an assembled engine.

This has several benefits. The cylinder bore is round when it counts, can use lower tension rings for increased power output, and has longer engine life. Sleeve thickness is much more uniform and stronger than a plated aluminum cylinder. Comes with a custom “corrected” deck height, lightweight piston with ample valve reliefs for oversize valves and extreme high lift cams. Also comes with new composite head gasket to end worries about sealing.
