Velocity PRO Series Engine Kit
This engine kit is for Raptor, Rhino and Grizzly 700 FI engines, and it includes:
Head
- CNC ported head that flows 380 CFM (requires core exchange)
- Hand blended bowl area (below seats)
- +2 Ferrea valves with special tulip angles
- Multi-angle valve job
- New valve seals
- Head machined for valve clearance
Cam
- Velocity series billet cam with .519″ lift
- Matching valve springs with Titanium retainers
- Machined rockers for proper cam clearance
Throttle Body
- Newly designed 48mm Velocity series throttle body boring service (requires core exchange)
- Thinner throttle shaft and new 48mm plate
- Throttle shaft treated with dry film lubricant for long life and smooth action
- Throttle body assembled and throttle shaft indexed for proper WOT position
Piston
- CP piston of your choice
- Rings, wristpin and wirelocks
- Piston made from 2618 material
- Ample valve reliefs for large valves and high lift cam
Extras
- Crankcase evacuation valve
- Factory head gasket (best available)
- Base gasket
- LGS spark plug
- 6oz bottle Oil Extreme oil additive
- K&N oil filter
- Magnecor 7mm magnetic core plug wire
- Head comes completely assembled and ready to bolt on
